This is by far the best ramen I have ever had. Very hot and fresh, the service was amazing and the place was very clean. Fresh and delicious! This is a small business and they need more attention. I will be coming back for sure! Update: I came back after not being there for a little bit. The food was delightful like always. Though a bit expensive, it is totally worth it. Totally recommend there ramen and boba tea! Super good, and the owners are some of the nicest people I have ever met. Totally coming back.

Just started going to this place and I love it! The food is delicious and everyone’s I’ve brought with me loved it aswell. I thought it would be more like fast food service but they brought us water and food to our tables. I will definitely be back for more!

I ordered the salmon bowl, and a duck ramen to enjoy later for dinner. The food was very very fresh and delcious. This place was a hidden gem, and exactly what I needed today. It did take a little prep time, but staff very friendly and helpful. The whole experience was fresh - authentic - and refreshing. The ramen was next level good, but it was so yummy I forgot to stop and take a picture.

I got the spicy tonkotsu ramen and the pork belly buns. The ramen broth was delicious, the pork tender, and the boiled egg was perfectly cooked. The pork belly buns were great as well. The pork was crispy on the outside, but fell apart in your mouth, and had this amazing tangy sauce that I've never had before. The food was fast and the service was polite. I'm glad I checked this place out on my lunch break.

I have eaten here about a dozen times and loved every time. Yes it’s a little pricy but now a days what isn’t. If you like poke bowls I love this place. There will be a little language barrier with the owner but he has always been nice. I will be back another dozen times. Keep making awesome food!!

Update: Tsuta is still a great place! The dining area has expanded, and the food is fabulous as ever! The owners are great people, and we've enjoyed everything we've eaten, from the Goyza to the Rainbow Poke bowl to the Spicy Tonkotsu! Get over here, you wont regret it! This place was fantastic! Super friendly server, very helpful and patient with indecisive kids. The Rainbow Bowl was incredible, as was the fried rice. We will definitely be back!

Happened upon this place after some hardware shopping. The tonkutsu ramen was amazing as was the poke. This was a happy accident finding this place.

I LOVE this place, the food is top notch and I have introduced it to many people. You will wait for your food, but it is so fresh and full flavored that the wait is well worth it. Order online if time is of the essence. I have had all types of Tonkatsu, and also the fried rice, which was one of the best I've had. The available Japanese sodas (with the marble inside) are a must try, every flavor is great. My father was living in Japan after the Vietnam War for a short time, so yesterday I ordered him the Ramen as a surprise. He was delighted and full of nostalgia by the authenticity of the meal. Please support this small business!
